Next up, we have communication protocols. We have an entire module dedicated to this because we have to work with you as effectively as we can in order to help our clients to the best of our ability. And we also want to do our best to address all your queries in a timely fashion.

Even though we may not get to interact with you face-to-face very often or at all, we still operate in a professional environment and often times, urgent email messages may be missed because they are not titled correctly.

Just as a quick summary, we've come up with a simple system for you. When you send us an email,please make sure you include the course code, school and date of the scheduled class, in the subject line. Along with one or two words pertaining to the issue at hand.

It's also part of your responsibility as a service provider to send us a pre-emptive message if you know a class isn't happening or that you're not needed by the student for that particular session.

You are accountable for your presence at your scheduled assignments and we have to report to the schools frequently throughout the week. Yes, they do ask. That is why keeping track of your attendance on a daily basis is incredibly important. 

If it's an email regarding something else that's not class related, make it clear in your subject as well. Remember, maintaining an open line of communication is always better than having no communication at all. It helps us to help you better.
