Well there you go – you made it! You’ve reached the last module. I hope it wasn’t as painful as you thought it would be and you don’t have to listen to me talk at you anymore. Phew! It’s all good, I totally get it.
Just a few last things we need to cover before you’re good to go. Remember to complete the questionnaire on the main training page, that will indicate to us that you’ve gone through all the training modules.
I would like to re-iterate that you’re expected to put into practice everything that was covered in the modules. Frequent reviews of your performance in and out of class will be carried out.
That’s because we have to ensure that everyone has a chance to do better and thrive in our service provider ecosystem, while providing the best service possible to the schools and their students.

It’s not just about following the document formatting rules, it’s also about your responsiveness to any communication you get from the admin team, your ability to follow instructions, accountability for your actions and just being dependable in general.
That’s because we, Habitat Learn, are accountable to the clients we serve. I’ve included a Success Rubric on this page for you. Use it as a checklist of sorts, to make sure you’ve met all that’s required of you as a service provider. If you have everything ticked off, you’ve got nothing to worry about.
And if there are things you have to work on, that’s totally okay too! The bottom line is that you show growth and improvement because we want you to succeed – I know, that sounds corny, but it’s true though.
